PBT material is a kind of crystalline aromatic polyester, which has the advantages of excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, and easy processing and forming. The modification of PBT materials mainly includes glass fiber reinforced PBT and flame-retardant PBT.
The flame retardancy of PBT material is UL94HB level, and only after adding flame retardant can it reach UL94V-0 level. Commonly used flame retardants are bromide, phosphide, chloride and antimony trioxide. At present, most of the flame retardant PBT is a type of flame retardant added with decabromodiphenyl ether and antimony trioxide.
Glass fiber reinforced PBT material has excellent toughness and fatigue resistance, good heat resistance, good weather resistance, good electrical properties, and low water absorption. 1. Electronic appliances

2. Cooling fan

The physical properties required for the coil shaft include insulation, heat resistance, solder resistance, fluidity, strength, etc. The applicable materials include glass fiber reinforced PBT, glass fiber reinforced PA6, and glass fiber reinforced PA66.
4. Automotive industry
a. External parts: mainly car bumpers (PC/PBT), door handles, corner grids, engine heat vent covers, window motor shells, mudguards, wire guards, rim covers, automobile transmission gear boxes Wait;
